Season’s greetings, Kevin, and a warm welcome to
planDisney!
I can’t wait for you to experience the
Holidays at the Disneyland Resort this December… it’s my favorite month to visit the theme parks! It sounds like you’re already familiar with the
My Disney Experience app, which can be used at
Walt Disney World Resort. When visiting
Disneyland Resort, you can use the
Disneyland app, which is very similar to the My Disney Experience app. However, while the My Disney Experience app has a Family & Friends List, the Disneyland app doesn’t include this option. Not to worry though, you can still link
your theme park tickets together so you can experience your visit to the parks with your friends and family!
To get started, you’ll want to download the Disneyland app. Next, if you already have your theme park tickets purchased and park reservations made, then you can go ahead and start linking your tickets. You’ll need your Disney crew to send you screenshots of their tickets so you can link them. Once you have them, simply go to “Tickets and Passes” and click on the “+” sign in the upper right corner to select “Link Tickets & Passes.” You can then scan the barcode for each ticket, or enter the ID numbers manually. Now, when you go back to “Tickets and Passes,” you should see all of your tickets in one handy spot. This will help you and your fellow Guests make
Disney Genie+ service selections together, too! For any additional help with linking your tickets, you can also call (714) 781-4636 and a Cast Member will be happy to assist you.
During your visit, you won’t want to miss my favorite holiday experiences, including
A Christmas Fantasy Parade, and the
“it’s a small world” Holiday Lighting! Plus, you can still catch the magical combination of Halloween and the Holidays on
Haunted Mansion Holiday, featuring decorations inspired by the spooky fun of
Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas.
Wishing you merry magic,
Kristin
