My Disney Experience—both the desktop version and mobile app—is one of the most important tools you have for planning and managing your Walt Disney World vacation. This is where you’ll find your reservations, PhotoPass photos, MagicBand information, and so much more. It’s also the place where you can connect to friends’ and family members’ profiles.
If you are using the desktop version of
My Disney Experience, just hover your cursor over the My Disney Experience tab, and a drop-down menu will appear. You should see “My Family & Friends” near the top of the menu. Clicking this link will take you to Your Family & Friends List, and you’ll see a blue button that reads “Add a Guest” at the top of the page. Click this button and you’ll go to the Add a Guest page, where you can search for your friend by using their first name, last name, and phone number or email, or you can connect via hotel reservation.
If you are using the
My Disney Experience mobile app, start by tapping the menu icon (the three lines) and then scrolling down to Profile. You should see a tab that says “My Profile” and another that says “Family & Friends List.” Go to the Family & Friends List tab, scroll down, and you’ll see the “Add a Guest” option near the bottom of the page.
If you are trying to add a friend to an existing reservation, such as a dining reservation, the easiest way to do that is on the Walt Disney World website. Go to “My Plans” in the My Disney Experience drop-down menu, and then scroll down to “My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets.” If you’re trying to add a friend to something that I haven’t covered here, feel free to write me back, or you can
