How do I add a Florida discount when booking? How do I add a military discount when booking?

Ahoy Alexi! Welcome to planDisney and thanks for bringing us your Disney Cruise Line booking question. It sounds like you have already scoped out a few of the current promotions, so let me point you to your booking options.

Disney Cruise Line offers a number of limited-time offers and special promotions for select sailings, which can all be found in one place online. If you go to the main website and click on the tab at the top of the page labeled “Plan a Cruise,” a drop-down menu will appear and you want to click on the second option called “Special Offers.” That will open up a page where you can see the current list of special offers and then select the one that you are most interested in for further details.

At the moment, Florida residents can save up to 30% on a select number of sailings from Port Canaveral, but availability is extremely limited and the offer cannot be combined with any other special offers or discounts. Alternatively, special military rates are available for select sailings from Port Canaveral, San Diego, and Vancouver over the next few months. Plus, there is also a special $250 onboard credit offer for military personnel in honor of the 250th anniversary of the United States, which is only available on select Disney Wish and Disney Dream sailings throughout 2026. The specific eligibility requirements for each of these special offers can be found on their information pages and will also come up as you complete the booking process, so be sure that you or a member of your sailing party meet the necessary criteria and have the proper documentation to present.

Once you select the offer that you are most interested in from the “Special Offers” page, then there will be a blue box to the right of the page that says “See All Eligible Sailings” with a blue “Book Now” button. Click on the “Book Now” button to select your desired number of staterooms and verify the number of adults and children in your travel party before clicking the blue “Update Travel Party” button. That will open up a new page with a list of all the available sailings with that specific offer and you will see a special green tag beside the itineraries with the name of the promotion. You can then proceed with the regular booking process of choosing your itinerary, sailing date, stateroom category, deck, and room number. As you go through the steps, you will continue to see the green tag symbol and the name of the offer you are booking. Keep in mind that all of the booking options for a particular sailing may not be available with the special offer, which is why you need to make sure that you are only searching within the special offer filter and that the green tag is still there.

I hope these tips help you find the perfect sailing using one of the limited-time offers. If you have any other questions about setting sail where magic meets the sea, then my pals and I at planDisney are always here to help. Happy sailing!
