I hope you have been enjoying your key to the kingdom! As a
Magic Key holder myself, I was very excited to get the news about renewals a few weeks ago ... and those new,
pixie-dusted perks being offered to current and newly renewed Guests! As you likely know, current Magic Key holders can
renew or upgrade to available keys within 30 days of their expiration date. All keys are subject to availability at the moment, and the purchase of new keys is still on pause. The one exception here is if you have a Mouseketeer who is turning three and will now require valid theme park admission of their own. If you find yourself on this magic carpet and are a current key holder, my best advice is to give the
Magic Key Guest Services team a call at (714) 781 - 7277. They will be happy to discuss any options available to you and your little one!
Ok ... should we talk about those new
Magic Key benefits?! I LOVED seeing that all key holders will now receive a 20% discount on the purchase of
Disney Genie+. There is nothing I love more than flying through those Lightning Lanes, and I know this will be a big financial benefit for my family the next time we are in the parks. Another one of my favorite perks is that there is now a
parking benefit included for all key holders! Depending on your key, you may receive complimentary parking, 50% off parking, or 25% off parking at select parking locations. Be sure to double-check which applies to your key so that you know which lot to head to next time you are visiting!
While you're getting ready for your next trip, I highly recommend giving the
@DISNEYLANDMAGICKEY Instagram account a follow. This is my best source of news and information when it comes to the latest giveaways, special photo opportunities, and other benefits that come with that key of yours! If you're heading into Disney California Adventure Park, a great place for a midday rest and refresh is the
Magic Key Terrace. It's a beautiful, shaded, breezy spot high above
Wine Country Trattoria with an exclusive menu that includes nods to attractions old and new. It may be on the menu for little ones, but I loved
Heimlich's Chew Chew Juice and all the memories it brought back of a bug's land! Reservations for the Magic Key Terrace can be made just as any other dining reservation within the 60-day window ahead of your arrival.
