My Disney Experience Family & Friends List. I am hoping I am able to troubleshoot a few ways to get everyone fully connected and get you on your way to making plans for the whole party.
If the profile is managed by anyone else, you'll want to make sure that they go into their
My Disney Experience Family & Friends List and under your name, they will need to select "Settings" and choose "Allow to Make Plans for Managed Profiles." Although my mom and my sister can see my kiddo's profiles, in order for them to make plans, I had to make sure this was selected. If this isn't the problem, then you could try to remove that member from your Family & Friends list and then add them again to see if that corrects the issue or if I keep having the same issue, I delete the
My Disney Experience mobile app from my phone and reinstall.
If those fail to address the problem, I suggest calling the
My Disney Experience helpline in order to have them take a look as they should be able to see your account and your Family & Friends List in order to diagnose the problem a bit better.
