How do I add my family to my hotel reservation at the Swan? They are listed as a different admissions type and I think it’s because they are not on the hotel reservation. I have already called the hotel to make sure 4 people are on the. Reservations

    Hi there Stephanie!

Thank you so much for sending us your question and welcome to planDisney. You have picked such a magical time to come to visit with The World's Most Magical Celebration in full swing and the EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival, my favourite, starting on March 2nd! I am so excited for you and your family to experience the magic and make memories that will last a lifetime, and I am thrilled that I get to be a part of your planning journey!

Now let's talk about your reservation. There are a couple of things we can try to link the rest of your family to your reservation. First, make sure that your reservation is linked to your My Disney Experience account. To do so, you would simply click on "My Disney Experience" and then on "My Plans." If you scroll down the page a bit, you should be able to click on "Add More Plans" and then on "Link Reservations and Purchases." Once the reservation has been linked, you will go back to the "My Plans" section. On the mobile app, you would have to click on the three lines at the bottom right of your screen and click on "Future Plans." Next to your Resort Hotel reservation, you should be able to click on "Change Reservation." This option would allow you to change many things about your reservation, including dates, the number of people in your room, etc. However, this option might not be available in your My Disney Experience account. Therefore, I would also recommend contacting a Cast Member at the Reservation Center. Cast Members truly are real-life magic makers and can help you with just about anything! I always turn to Cast Members when I have questions or issues, and this is something that they should be able to fix for you. You can contact a Cast Member either by chat, email or phone. However, to avoid long wait times, I would recommend calling in right when they open at 7 A.M.

I hope this was helpful, Stephanie, and that you can get back to planning your magical vacation as soon as possible! If you have any other questions in the time leading up to your trip, don't hesitate to reach out. We are always happy to help, and you're as welcome as can be!

Have a magical day, and I am sending all the pixie dust your way,
