How can I add family to my friends/ family at Aulani so we can see reservations?

    Aloha, Janet!

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for stopping by with your question!  Janet, it looks like your Hawaiian paradise vacation of your dreams may have just begun, and I hope you are truly enjoying the spirit of Aloha and the magic of Disney during your stay at Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa. It's one of my favorite Disney Vacation Club Resorts and a wonderful way to be a part of two wonderful worlds.

Janet, I don't see a way to add Family & Friends through the Aulani app. When we visited in August, my husband and I both downloaded the app to the phones and manually linked our reservation through the app using the reservation number. But, in doing a bit of research, I found that other planDisney panelists have been able to link Family & Friends a different way.

Now, it has been noted that sometimes, Stitch can cause a little trouble using the app and trying to link Family & Friends.  So, give this a try, but if you have trouble, you may need to speak to Guest Information at Aulani.  However, it has been suggested to use a computer to link your party through the My Aulani Dashboard on the Aulani Resort website.  After this is complete, you should be able to relaunch the app to see your Family & Friends. If this doesn't work, I recommend calling Aulani Guest Information at (866) 443-4763 or stopping by the Front Desk to see if they can help you if you are already onsite.

I am sorry I can't be more helpful. While the Aulani app is full of great information, including the Daily 'Iwa, where you will get all of the up-to-date happenings at the Resort, it does work a bit differently than the Disneyland and My Disney Experience apps.

But I hope this helps you a bit. If you have any further questions, stop back and see us here at planDisney.  We are your 'ohana, and that means nobody gets left behind.

A Hui Hou (it means "until we meet again") in Hawaiian,
