Hi! How do I add an extra guest to one day of our vacation? We're staying on site, and will only need a one day ticket for the late arrival. TIA!

Hey Howdy Hey Peggy and welcome to planDisney!

I am so excited to hear you will be visiting us for the new year in 2025! One thing is for sure, any vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort is one that you can enjoy with the whole family. I am happy to hear an extra Guest will join you during your stay. You've got a friend in me to give you some tips on how to add them to your reservation.

The easiest way to go about adding an extra Guest for part of your trip is by calling Disney and speaking directly to a Cast Member. They can add them to your Disney Resort hotel reservation as well as add the appropriate amount of theme park tickets for them to enjoy. One thing to keep in mind about an added Guest to your Disney Resort is that as long as there is availability in the room, you may have an added fee for 3 or more adults in the room. These fees would depend on the hotel category so make sure to inquire about any such fees while discussing this addition with the Cast member.

I am sure you are already aware of all of the benefits of staying onsite at a Disney Resort hotel, but here is your friendly reminder about all you have to look forward to! All Guests staying onsite will have access to more time in the parks with Early Theme Park Entry. There is so much to experience with a little extra time in the parks with significantly reduced wait times. These extra hours may help get a few extra things crossed off your to-do list! The other added benefit is earlier access to purchasing your Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Single Pass options. You can do this 7 days before your arrival date and should cover your whole trip. Pro Tip: The parks are typically at their busiest around mid to late morning and early afternoon, so if you stack your 3 Lightning Lane passes there, this will help keep your day flowing efficiently so you can use them when the parks are at their fullest!

I hope you continue to enjoy the fun of planning your Magical vacation. If you have any other questions let us know, we are always happy to help!

    To Infinity and Beyond,
