Hello there, Tabitha, and welcome to planDisney!
Your next visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth is just around the river bend. A Valentine's Day arrival means that you'll be there during the
EPCOT Festival of the Arts, which is a must-do if you love all things art, music, theatre, and Disney fandom. I am more than happy to answer your question about how to use your Disney Gift Cards at Disney World.
The great news is that you absolutely can use Disney Gift Cards to buy food, merchandise, experiences, and more at Disney World. I find that there are very few places at Disney that don't accept Disney Gift Cards as a payment method.
Yes, you can use them within the My Disney Experience app, but unfortunately you can't store their information there. What I like to do is save the gift card number in my phone's notes app and then copy and paste the information into the Disney app when I'm ready to use features like
Mobile Ordering for food or
Merchandise Mobile Checkout. And consider saving your Disney Gift Cards directly in your phone's digital wallet for easy scanning around the parks.
AN EXTRA GEM: If you have more than one Disney Gift Card, you can combine them on to one gift card by using the
Disney Gift Card website. Log in and you'll see that you can store many of your digital and physical gift cards. I love that you can combine their totals up to $1,000 on each card.
Tabitha, thanks again for stopping by. If you have any more questions about your upcoming Disney vacations,
give us a holler here at planDisney!
Magic always,
LeAndra
