Hi Jill,
Welcome to planDisney!
Looking at your arrival date, I can imagine the excitement as you make those last minute plans! We typically have gift cards that we add to our resort hotel account as well. I have always added those cards with a Cast Member at the front desk of the resort hotel once we arrive. Once added, double-check your resort hotel folio using the
My Disney Experience Mobile App to be sure those gift cards have been correctly applied to the account.
When you open the mobile app, click on the three bars in the lower right-hand side of the screen, then click on the Resort Hotel link and click on View Charges. From there, you should see the gift cards applied as well as any other charges to the account. If you do not see the gift cards, visit a Cast Member at the front desk.
As you continue to plan, make sure you review the details of
Disney Genie service and Disney Genie+ service. We used these features on our most recent visit. Disney Genie+ was phenomenal when we used it on one day we visited Magic Kingdom. If you have not done so already, make a few
advanced dining reservations for your group. We loved all of our dining locations and were delighted to experience the new
California Grill 50th anniversary celebration menu. My girls and I just dined here a few nights ago and it was absolutely lovely, We had a stunning window table and were able to see the
Disney Enchantment fireworks while dining.
Jill, I trust you will get packed and ready soon! We are thrilled to welcome you to the magic!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
