Can you add Disney gift card to Magic bands?

    Hi Bowen,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks so much for submitting your question.

You must be so excited about your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation! I hope you and your family have enjoyed the planning process.  We love the ease of using My Disney Experience to pull together each element of our upcoming vacation-our Walt Disney World Resort reservation, our Advance Dining Reservations, and our FastPass+ selections.  The My Disney Experience Mobile App makes it easy to have all of these items available from your smartphone!

Unfortunately, you are not able to link a MagicBand and a Disney Gift Card together for use at this time.  The closest thing you can do to linking a gift card to a MagicBand is using gift cards to pay the balance of your Walt Disney World Resort hotel room at the check-in desk periodically throughout your stay.

Bowen, please come back and see us again if you have any additional questions.

    Best Wishes,
    Amy S.

Some of our favorite events are the Flower and Garden Festival, Epcot's International Food and Wine Festival and Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party. Let me help you plan something extraordinary for your next Disney Parks vacation! Learn More About Amy
