If I add Disney genie + for my full stay will I have to pay for my full period in (including days I am not in the park) or just for the days I have a park reservation (I have a 7 day park pass and staying for 10 days)

Hey there, Amy! Welcome back to planDisney!

Planning a visit to The Walt Disney World Resort during the Holidays is very exciting! My family has started a tradition of visiting each year during the Holiday season. We enjoy the Cookie Strolls, festive decorations, and all of the special Holiday magic!

Amy, rest assured that when you add the Disney Genie+ Service to your stay, you will only pay for the days you have park tickets. For example, you have purchased seven-day Theme Park tickets, so you will be charged for seven days of the Disney Genie+ service. Besides, you’ll be too busy laughing by the pool on your rest days to even think about the Theme Parks!

Since you have some rest time built into your trip, don’t forget to make plans to visit Disney Springs! It has some of my favorite dining options resort-wide. I recommend brunch at Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin' or a Pan-Asian dinner at Morimoto Asia. And if you’re looking to satisfy your sweet tooth, head over to Gideon’s Bakehouse to grab a monster-sized cookie or Goofy’s Candy Company for some chocolate-dipped treats to take home as souvenirs!

I hope this helps, Amy! If you have more questions as you plan, drop back by and ask us!

    Until Next Time,
