Hi, there!
Welcome to planDisney, Bryanna. I'm so happy you stopped by and even happier to hear you're planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation! It's the very best kind if you ask me.
I love having the
Disney Dining Plan for my family's Disney vacations. I'm a mom of three, and I appreciate how the Disney Dining Plan adds convenience and flexibility to our stay. What's not to love about that, right?
To purchase a Disney Dining Plan, you must have a Walt Disney World Vacation Package, which includes Disney Resort hotel accommodations and Theme Park Tickets. If you've already purchased your Theme Park Tickets, you can still
book a Disney Resort hotel stay and add the Disney Dining Plan to that reservation. That reservation would be considered a "Ticketless Package" and can only be booked over the phone with a Cast Member. To book that type of package,
call the Disney Resort Hotel Reservation line. A friendly Cast Member there will be happy to assist you!
When I have the Disney Dining Plan for my family's Disney vacations, I aim to get the best bang for my Disney buck. Whether you're traveling with kids in tow or not,
Character Dining Experiences are a great use of Disney Dining Plan table-service meals. These meals are extra great because we can fill up on delicious food AND enjoy the company of beloved Disney Characters, all in one place!
I hope this was helpful, Bryanna. Please let us know if you have any other questions about the Walt Disney World Resort! We'd love to help you plan a magical visit.
Ashley
