Hey there, hi there, Natalie!
Thanks for stopping by
planDisney, where you're always as welcome as can be. I'd be delighted to assist a fellow Mouseketeer today.
Hot dog! It looks like your
Walt Disney World adventure begins in just a few days. To link your comp ticket:
1. Check for a barcode and adjacent alphanumeric code. If it has one, open your
My Disney Experience mobile app and click the three parallel lines in the bottom right of the opening screen.
2. Tap the tile for "My Tickets & Passes" and then the + sign in the top right corner.
3. From here, select "Link Tickets & Passes" and follow the prompts to add your ticket.
If your comp admission doesn't have an alphanumeric confirmation code, you should contact the organization that gave you the ticket for further assistance. Alternatively, a ticketing Cast Member at Walt Disney World can help. Visit the
Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs or a theme park ticketing window, and you'll be on your way.
I hope this is helpful, Natalie, and you have a fantastic theme park day next week. Once your ticket is linked, I recommend purchasing
Lightning Lane passes to maximize your time. When I only have one day to play in the parks, I don't want to spend it waiting in standby lines. My family and I find that availability fluctuates throughout the day, so even if your preferred attractions don't show open return windows in advance, you might get lucky during the day of your visit, so check that Tip Board periodically.
Thanks so much for sending your question to planDisney! Please reach out again if we can do anything to make future trips more memorable.
Have a magical day,
Betsy
