Kim from Lanarkshire Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

How do I add a discount code onto my booking before checking out and completing payment ? I cannot see a button to do so.

    Hello Kim,

May I begin by wishing you a very warm welcome to planDisney!  As the current UK-based Panelist, it always makes me smile as wide as the Cheshire Cat when I have the pixie-dusted opportunity of assisting a fellow British Guest with their plans to holiday at Walt Disney World Resort.

For me, there's absolutely nothing better than discovering a discount code, or special offer that I successfully could use to bring down the cost of a trip for my family to the most magical place on earth!  After all, with so much to see and do in Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort, every single penny really does indeed count towards enjoying each magical offering.

As a Mum, and a Mother-in-law to serving members of both Her Majesty's Armed Forces, and the National Health Service, I'm over the moon pleased, and super excited to share that Guests from the United Kingdom who are eligible for the Blue Light Card, or Defence Discount Service are able to apply their discount code after making a Disney holiday booking via the official Walt Disney Travel Company website.

After making a Disney holiday booking, it couldn't be easier to request your Blue Light Card or Defence Discount Service discount!  Simply go ahead and make your booking, then along with your discount code, email your 8-digit booking reference to disneytraveluk@disneyonline.com

Upon receipt of your email request, Cast Members will be able to add any applicable discounts to your already made Disney holiday booking, after which an updated invoice will be provided to show any applied discounts or amendments made.

However, please do bear in mind that everything is always subject to change at Walt Disney World Resort and that special offers, deals, and discounts can sometimes only be valid for a limited time.

Kim, I hope that I've been able to fully answer your enquiry today.  If you should have any further questions about visiting Walt Disney World Resort during 2023, then please do feel free to pop back to me here at planDisney.

Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
