Well hello, Megan. Thanks for reaching out to us on our little corner of the internet!
The
dining plans at the resort can be very convenient options for Guests who want a more all-inclusive feel for their vacation. For me,
dining is a huge part of the
Walt Disney World Resort experience and the idea that I can just wave my
MagicBand+ (or other ticket media) to redeem my meals and snacks allows me to worry about one less thing. If you're more of an on-the-go diner, the
Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan is right up your alley. If you like at least 1 sit-down,
table-service meal a day, the
Disney Dining Plan just might be your speed. But no matter which option, some delicious meals in some wonderful environments are coming your way!
Currently, to add a dining plan to your vacation, you must purchase a vacation package that includes both
theme park tickets and a hotel room reservation at one of the
Disney Resorts Collection Hotels. At this time, this does not include the
Walt Disney World Good Neighbor Hotels.
Speaking of delicious food, did you know that when you visit this September, the
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival will be in full swing? That's right! It starts on August 29th and ends on November 23rd, 2024.
The full menus were recently released for the
Global Marketplaces and let me tell you, a great many of these menu items have my name on them...and probably yours too! I mean, there's a whole food booth dedicated to macaroni and cheese. A. whole. food. booth!!! And one is dedicated to fries! Okay, I need to stop. I won't be there until November, so like how the Cheddar Cheese and Bacon Soup in Canada needs to simmer down before you can eat it, I better simmer down while I'm counting the days so I don't boil and my top hits the ceiling!
Megan, enjoy your fall visit to the resort.
I'm here if you have any other questions!
My favorite EPCOT festival is whichever EPCOT festival I'm currently enjoying,
Matt
