Can I add a dining plan after i already purchased my hotel and park tickets?

    Hiya, Jessie! Welcome to planDisney!

Thanks for sharing your dining plan question with us. It looks like your trip is just a few days away. How exciting! You’ll be enjoying Mickey-shaped treats and delicious dining options (oh yeah, and all the rides and attractions) in no time at all. Let's dig in!

I have good news! You can absolutely add a dining plan to your existing room-and-ticket package, and it’s super easy. All you need to do is log into your MyDisney Account and go to My Plans. Then, select “Change Reservation” to add a dining plan to your package. You can find more info on adding dining plans here, and you can also call the Tickets and Hotel Reservations line to speak with a Cast Member if you need assistance.

There are currently two dining plan options at Walt Disney World: the Disney Dining Plan and the Quick-Service Dining Plan (you may have heard about a third option, but it doesn’t debut until 2027). Here’s what’s included in each dining plan option.

    Disney Dining Plan
    - 1 Quick-Service Meal
    - 1 Table-Service meal
    - 1 non-alcoholic/alcoholic drink per meal
    - 1 selected snack or drink
    - Resort-Refillable Drink Mug

    Quick-Service Dining Plan
    - 2 Quick-Service Meals
    - 1 non-alcoholic/alcoholic drink per meal
    - 1 selected snack or drink
    - Resort-Refillable Drink Mug

I hope this information is helpful, Jessie. Don’t hesitate to come back if you have more vacation planning questions. You’re as welcome as can be at planDisney!

    Magical travels!
