If I add a Dining Plan to my already booked vacation is there a dining plan discount for Annual Passholders?

Hey there, Kimberly, and welcome to planDisney!

I’m so excited to see you have a Walt Disney World trip later this month. It’s going to be so much fun! TIP: Bring some rain gear in case you run into some June showers. We were there Memorial Day weekend, and on one of our 3-days there, we ran into about an hour of downpour. Thankfully, we managed to stay dry, but it’s good to have the rain gear just in case. You can even store it in a locker until you notice the sky starts to change.

There is currently no discount for Annual Passholders who choose to add the Dining Plan to their vacation package. It doesn’t hurt to call and get an estimate, though. I recommend calling sooner rather than later since your trip is right around the corner. A Cast Member will share the total cost of what it would be to add the Dining Plan and leave the decision up to you! Trust me, I call about adding a dining plan all the time. We visit frequently, so we add it on almost every other visit, and it's nice to hear the numbers just in case I do want to add it.

Another cool option, currently available, is the Passholder offers during the V.I. Passholder celebration this summer. Valid Monday to Thursday only from now through June 30, 2025, you can find some table-service restaurants discounted up to 40% off. I recommend reading through the list of table-service restaurants that are offering this discount. If you end up passing on adding a dining plan, these restaurants are a great alternative! If I were you, I would go with Ale & Compass for breakfast and Tusker House for lunch!

Kimberly, I hope this helps answer your question. If you have any others or are looking for more dining recommendations, we’re all ears! Have an incredible time, and please enjoy something Mickey-shaped for me.

    Enjoy,

    Shantel
