Can you add or delete people off of a Disney Cruise Line reservation easily or is it cancel and rebook? We are trying to book as early as possible and two people are unsure if they'll make the cruise.

    Ahoy Brittni!

I'm happy you are planning on sailing the high seas with Captain Mickey and pals. Just wait until you see all that’s included in your Disney Cruise Line experience!

I like the idea of finalizing your reservation as soon as possible to maximize the savings and get the itinerary you want most. But understandably, plans can change and that may include the actual Guests in a stateroom. Naturally, you would not be able to add more Guests without a change in the pricing and would not be able to surpass what that stateroom category can hold. But I get your drift that you may be booking as far in advance as possible, and we don't always know what the future holds, right?

If you or your friends' plans do change, you are able to make adjustments to your existing stateroom reservation without penalty until your final payment date, including adding or deleting Guests. The easiest way to do this is to contact Disney Cruise Line directly to have a Vacation Planning Specialist modify your reservation.

If the reservation has restrictions, then a whole different set of rules applies to that booking. Most restricted reservations are non-transferable and non-refundable. As with all reservations, Disney Cruise Line reserves the right to restrict any changes to a reservation, and all changes are subject to availability.

Another idea would be to just book your reservations separately and then link them together to easily coordinate your plans throughout your sailing! Then if your friends could not make that particular sailing work, they would cancel theirs and it would not affect your plans.

If you want to chat more about cruise planning, the Disney Parks Moms Panel is here to help! Hopefully you and your friends will successfully coordinate your plans and embark on the most epic adventure on the high seas.

    Happy Sailing!
