Want to add DDP to our DVC reservation but and trying to decide between the different plans. Can you tell me the cost of each plan? Normally do the regular with the little one but am considering Deluxe for romantic trip in Sept

    Hi Deborah,

I love that you are planning a romantic trip to Walt Disney World. Adding the Deluxe Dining Plan sounds like a nice way to celebrate. With Disney Vacation Club, you have three choices for dining plans. I am going to tell you the prices as they are currently listed for September of 2013, but please remember that you should confirm these when you call to add the dining plan to your reservation.

Your first option is the Quick Service Dining Plan, which comes with two quick service meals and one snack per day. The Quick Service Dining Plan is $37.58 per day for adults. The second option is the Basic Dining Plan, which includes one quick service meal, one table service meal, and one snack per day. The Basic Dining Plan costs $55.59 per day for adults. The Deluxe Dining Plan includes three table service or three quick service meals per day (you can choose how many are table or quick service), as well as two snacks per day. The cost of the Deluxe Dining Plan is $99.97 per day for adults.  All of these plans include a refillable beverage mug.

I only listed adult dining plan costs since you mentioned that this is a romantic trip. Adults are 10 years old and up. If you would also like the child prices for children ages three to nine years, a good place to go is www.wdwinfo.com. Once there, go to the tab at the top for "Dining" and then click the drop down option for "Disney Dining Plan" for an overview of what is included with each plan as well as cost.

Since you are adding a dining plan on to a Disney Vacation Club reservation, the easiest way to do this is to call Member Services at 1-800-800-9800. Be sure to call at least 48 hours before your reservation begins to add the dining plan to your reservation.

I hope this information is helpful, Deborah. Please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions!
