Greetings, Melissa, and welcome to planDisney!
A
Disney Cruise Line vacation followed by
Walt Disney World Resort? Now that’s my idea of the ultimate Disney vacation, as a Disney Platinum Castaway Club member myself! Well done with your planning, Melissa!
Heading to the airport after a Disney Cruise is really tough, we always stick around for a land stay too! Did you know that you could
modify your Disney Cruise Line Ground Transportation to drop you off at a Disney Resort hotel to enjoy a night after your sailing, enabling you to fully enjoy your experience at Disney’s Hollywood Studios at a more leisurely pace? The nearby
BoardWalk Area Resort hotels are a watercraft service ride away, which offer their own array of entertainment and dining options, especially over at the BoardWalk Promenade.
If you wish to remain on course, Melissa, Disney Cruise Line Ground Transportation will drop you off at Orlando International Airport as arranged. You could catch a rideshare service to enjoy your day at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and then catch a rideshare back to the airport for your flight home. The only thing you would have to consider is storing your luggage at Disney’s Hollywood Studios
locker rentals, which depending on the size and number of your luggage, might be a challenge. Please consult with Guest Relations for any further assistance.
Melissa, you will need to purchase
theme park admission to be able to make
Disney Park Pass reservations, and then I recommend
Disney Genie+ service and the
Individual Lighting Lane Entrance for highly popular attractions, to expedite your attraction experiences in an efficient manner since you only have one day at
Disney's Hollywood Studios.
It was a pleasure assisting you, Melissa, and I hope that you consider an overnight stay at Walt Disney World Resort to fully bask and enjoy all there is to do at Disney's Hollywood Studios without rushing through your day, and then to enjoy a fitful sleep under
Pixie-Dusted skies before your departure.
Best Disney Wishes ~ Jacqueline
