extra-long Disney vacation. Adding an extra day to your stay means you'll be adding extra magic to your visit! I'm sorry to hear you can't get through to the
Reservation Team over the phone. How frustrating! In my experience, I've found the wait times to get through on the phone to be shortest first thing in the morning and late in the evening. You have a few other options, though! One is to see if you can
modify your existing reservation on My Disney Experience. Log in to your account and scroll down your planning page to your Disney Resort hotel information. You may see a link that says, "Modify Reservation." If you do, go ahead and see if you can add that extra day on your own! If you don't see the link and you can't get through on the phone, try using the chat feature on the
My Disney Experience mobile app. I've had great experiences with this handy tool lately! To find the chat feature, click on the three little horizontal lines in the bottom right corner of the app's home screen. Scroll down and tap the "Chat With Us" icon. A chat box will open up that will connect you with a friendly Cast Member!
As a mom of three, a stroller is an absolute must-have for my family's Disney vacations. Exploring the theme parks requires a lot of walking and those little legs tire quickly!
Double strollers are available to rent from all four theme parks and Disney Springs. They can't be rented ahead of time, so you don't need to worry about reserving a Disney-owned stroller before your arrival. If you'd like the security of knowing you have a double stroller reserved ahead of time, I recommend renting a double stroller from ScooterBug, Disney's featured provider. This Orlando-based rental service will deliver a double stroller directly to your Disney Resort hotel! The added perk of using ScooterBug is that you'll have the stroller on hand as you travel to and from the theme parks and your hotel. A stroller rented from the theme parks needs to be returned upon exiting, but a stroller rented from ScooterBug can stay with you for the entirety of your visit. My kids are always sleepy after experiencing pixie-dusted adventures in the theme parks, so I'm glad to have a stroller with us as we walk to the transportation areas at the end of the day.
