add a day to existing tickets

    Greetings Trish,

Welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for bringing your question to us. It never fails that on my last day at Walt Disney World Resort, all I want is one more day in the magic. The Most Magical Celebration on Earth has also made it ten times harder to go home. I’m in awe of the Beacons of Magic, the Fab 50 Character Collection, and the EARidescent theming.

Before you can add an extra day to your Theme Park ticket, make sure that your ticket is either within 14 days of its first use, has one day remaining, or is not a special offer ticket. If you meet these criteria, adding an extra day is a quick task with the My Disney Experience mobile app.

    1. Open the mobile app.
    2. Click on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner.
    3. Select the “Tickets and Passes” tile.
    4. Choose the ticket you wish to add the additional day to.
    5. Select “Change Ticket” and pay for the extra day.

Just like that, you will be well on your way to another magical day at Walt Disney World Resort! If you experience any difficulties adding an extra day, please reach out to a friendly Cast Member at 407-939-5277 for additional guidance.

Come back and see us, Trish, if you need any more help!

    Happy Planning,

    Ashley F.

Meet the Panelist: Ashley, Texas

Hey Y'all! I’m Ashley and I live in Texas. My family and I love trying out the yummy snacks (DOLE Whip anyone!) and taking full advantage of our resort days. When we are not piloting the Millennium Falcon, exploring Kilimanjaro Safaris, or watching fireworks, you can find me planning our next adventure to Walt Disney World! I am so excited that you are planning a trip, and I look forward to helping you dig a little deeper and find the magic in all of the wonders of Walt Disney World Resort. Learn More About Ashley
