How can I add my daughter back to my Disney Experience App. I shared plans with her but now she is not on my app. We want to be all together. Also, I see my 2 yearold but unable to make plans for him

Hi, Irene!  Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney!

It looks like you're just about a week away from your Walt Disney World Resort vacation.  I'm sure you're getting excited to experience all the Disney thrills!  Let's see if we can get everything squared away with your My Disney Experience account so that you'll be all set for your trip.

As far as your 2 -year-old goes, they should be listed on your Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservation, and you'll want to include them in the headcount for any dining reservations you make.  However, since children under 3 are not required to have a theme park ticket, you will not need to make any theme park reservations for them.  Your little one can simply accompany you into the parks and they can experience any attraction for which they meet the height requirement along with the rest of the family.  If you decide to purchase the Disney Genie+ service, you will not need to include your 2-year-old in that purchase since they do not have their own park ticket.  Just like with the regular standby queue, children under 3 may accompany you through a Lightning Lane entrance as long as they meet the height requirement for that particular ride.

When it comes to adding your daughter to your My Disney Experience Family & Friends List, the way you'll go about this depends on her age.  If she is a child whose account is managed by another adult, that adult will need to go into their account and give permission for you to share in the management of your daughter's plans.  If your daughter is a teen or adult with her own My Disney Experience account, you can use your My Disney Experience mobile app to add her to your Family & Friends List.  To do so, click on the three lines at the bottom-right of your screen when you open your app.  Scroll down and click on "My Profile."  Next, click on "Show My Linking Code."  If you and your daughter are together, she can scan the code on your screen to connect your accounts.  If you are not together, she can follow the directions on the code screen to enter the code manually.

These steps should connect your My Disney Experience accounts and allow you to share plans, but if you run into any issues, feel free to call the Help Center phone number for My Disney Experience.  A Cast Member will then be able to view your account and get everything sorted out for you.

Wishing you a magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
