Where can I add credit cards on the navigator Cruise app

    Ahoy, Gabriele!

Thanks for dropping anchor here at planDisney! I’m so excited to help you navigate the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app—it’s truly your first mate when it comes to cruise planning. Let’s get that credit card squared away so you’re ready to set sail in smooth waters!

If you’re looking to add a credit card to make payments toward your cruise fare, you can do this in the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app by selecting “Make a Payment” under your reservation. However, if you booked your cruise through a travel agent, this option won’t appear in the app, and you’ll need to reach out to your travel agent to process any payments.

Now, if you’re asking about adding a credit card for onboard expenses, like specialty dining, Port Adventures, or that impressive Spirit Jersey you’re going to find in Mickey’s Mainsail, you’ll handle this during your Online Check-In. Your check-in date depends on your Castaway Club status:

    • 40 days prior for Pearl
    • 38 days prior for Platinum
    • 35 days prior for Gold
    • 33 days prior for Silver
    • 30 days prior for first-time cruisers

Once your check-in window opens, head into the app and navigate to the “My Online Check-In” section. When you get to the Onboard Account step, you’ll have the option to add a credit card to cover expenses. You can either assign one card for the entire stateroom or set up separate cards for each Guest—it’s a great way to customize things, especially if you’re traveling with a group.

Now, if you’re like me and love a good Disney Gift Card deal, you can use those to pre-load funds onto your stateroom account before you board. This can be done through the “Onboard Gifts” section of your reservation. It’s a huge time-saver because you won’t have to wait in line at Guest Services to apply them on embarkation day. Bonus tip: if you have a Disney Rewards Redemption Card, you can load that onto your stateroom folio the same way. I’ve done this a few times, and it’s been such a seamless way to manage onboard spending!

Gabriele, I hope this answers your question and helps you feel ready to navigate the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app like a pro. From booking those magical extras to making your vacation stress-free, the app really does it all.

Wishing you smooth seas, magical memories, and plenty of pixie-dusted purchases along the way!

Sea ya real soon with pixie dust and ocean breezes,
    Dustin
