How can I add my credit card to my room? I’m sharing a room with my sister and her card is only on it! When am I able to buy my watch for the room? Ty

    Ahoy there, Therese!

You can absolutely add your credit card to your stateroom account even if your sister’s card is already on file. Before you sail, pop into My Reservations for your Disney Cruise Line booking and complete Online Check-In. In the payment section, add your card and switch on charging privileges just for you. Prefer some face-to-face magic? You can do the same at the port during check-in or with Guest Services once on board. Cast Members can set separate cards (and PINs) for each guest sharing a room, which makes managing purchases much easier

I think the watch you are referring to is what is known on Disney cruises as a DisneyBand+.  It’s the same MagicBand+ you may know from Walt Disney World or Disneyland. With a flick and a tap, it unlocks your stateroom, lets you make onboard purchases, and even helps scan you on and off the ship. If your sailing is eligible, you can pre-order your band from My Reservations. Pre-arrival orders are typically available more than 11 days before your sailing date. If you’re inside that window, no worries! You can buy a band onboard, or bring an existing MagicBand+ from a previous Disney visit and link it at the terminal during check-in . You can also link a MagicBand+ in the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app.

    SEA ya real soon!

I have traveled to the Disney Parks in multiple stages of my life, including as a daughter, sister, aunt, mother and grandmother.  One of my favorite things to do is to travel with multi-generational groups. I am thrilled to be able to help other Disney guests plan their adventures. Learn More About Anne
