Hiya Patti,
Welcome to planDisney! I’m so excited that you have purchased your Theme Park tickets for Walt Disney World Resort. I hope you are just as excited as me and ready for a magical vacation.
Let’s see if I can help you get your Theme Park tickets linked to your
My Disney Experience account so you can make
advanced dining reservations (60 days before your vacation date) and, most importantly,
Disney Park Pass Reservations. To link your purchased Theme Park Tickets, log onto your My Disney Experience account first. Once logged in, you should be redirected to the “My Plans” page. On the page, there should be an icon that is shaped like a ticket. It will have Mickey Mouse ears on it and likely be the third icon you can click near the top of the page. Click the icon and select “Link Tickets” from the options. Enter the ticket confirmation order number for each ticket from your email confirmation, and that should do the trick.
If you experience any technical difficulties when you try to link your tickets, then that is when a Cast Member will be an excellent resource. Sometimes Stitch wreaks a little havoc, and Cast Members need to step in. For all technical glitches involving My Disney Experience, I recommend speaking to one of our incredible Cast Members in
Website Support. They will help you get your tickets linked so you can be on your way.
Once you have your Theme Park Tickets linked, don’t forget to immediately reserve your Disney Park Pass Reservations for your September vacation. To gain entry to the Theme Parks, you must have a valid Theme Park Ticket and a Disney Park Pass Reservation for the Theme Park you wish to visit.
Please come back and see us if you need anything else!
Happy Planning,
Ashley F.
