At this time, there is no way to add the concierge services, but it may not be too late to adjust your room reservation. The only way to access the concierge services is to book a
Club Level room at one of the three
Disneyland Resort Hotels. I would suggest calling the
hotel reservation line as soon as possible to check availability for a Club Level room for the time you are visiting.
Can we please talk about the perks, just to get pumped about what you’re going to experience? With your Club Level reservation, you gain access to exclusive lounge experiences. The lounge amenities offered at each of the three Disneyland Resort Hotels are similar, though worth comparing depending on your priorities. For instance, each hotel offers a morning continental breakfast, snacks throughout the day, a wine-and-cheese reception in the evening (beer, wine, and apps at Pixar Place), and dessert at the end of the night. The Club Staff is also on hand to provide concierge services to help make your stay as smooth as possible.
The
High Key Club is a beautifully reimagined lounge on the 11th floor of the Adventure Tower of the
Disneyland Hotel. It boasts breathtaking panoramic views of the Disneyland Resort, perfect for viewing the fireworks with synchronized sound from the comfort of the lounge. The Veranda is the Club Level lounge at the
Grand Californian, which also boasts nightly fireworks viewing, though without the synchronized sound from the show. At the Grand Californian, many guests appreciate the convenience of staying so close to the parks and
Downtown Disney as an added perk. The Creator’s Club is on the second level of
Pixar Place, which showcases the collaborative efforts between Disney and Pixar. This concierge lounge offers beer, wine, and appetizers at its evening reception, which is unique among the three options.
