    where do I add my company credit card for charges when we get there?

    Hey Howdy Hey Gina and welcome to planDisney!

    Looks like things are fast approaching for your trip at the end of the month so let's talk about the check-in process for you. This close to your trip Disney has one huge benefit of checking into your resort online before you arrive and then they will let you know when your room is ready bypassing the front desk altogether. It is a super easy and convenient way to get this process done. The other benefit with regards to your question is you can set up charging privileges as well as which credit card you want to have on file. 

    From your My Disney Experience app or your account online, if you are looking at the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section or the "Future Plans" on the app, you should also see an option to "Start Check-in". Follow the prompts to check-in and in the final stage, you should see a place to update your credit card information. This will also be the default for your MagicBands or MagicMobile Pass charge privileges. If this does not work out for some reason, Hakuna Matata, you can always stop at the check-in desk upon arrival to your resort to have them update this as well.
