Castaway Club member number! I see you're just a few days away from embarking on an incredible Disney Cruise Line vacation, so I'll save all the dad jokes for another time and get right down to answering your question!
When it comes to last-minute requests like these, the absolute best way to ensure they go addressed is to
contact a Disney Cruise Line crew member by phone. While recent upgrades to the website have given Guests the ability to request a different dining rotation and simplified some of the special requests processes, there are still a few things that are best left to the expertise of the crew members! Not only are they amazing at what they do, but you can be sure once your request is made that you'll know they've done everything imaginable to address it!
I will say that call volumes have been very high still, so I definitely advise that you call as soon as the phone lines open up at 8 a.m. Eastern time. Between
the new Disney Wish, Cruise Date Flexibility, and other temporary policies in place, the crew members are doing everything they can to field more Guest calls than ever before! So like I always say, the first thing I ever pack for a Disney Cruise Line vacation is patience, and with a little faith, trust, and pixie dust, your call will be answered!
