How do I add a birthday cake to my reservation at river belle terace

    Hello, Mouy!

I'm wishing your party a very merry un-birthday until your trip, thanks for making planDisney part of your celebration! Every party deserves a great cake and a sprinkle of pixie dust!

I'm happy to say that you can absolutely add a Mickey Mouse Celebration Cake to your dining reservation at River Belle Terrace! If you're making a new dining reservation at least 3 days in advance then you'll select your date and time as usual. During the reservation process, you'll see the option to add the cake (you can order it plain or with a "Congratulations" or "Happy Birthday" message) before you finalize your reservation. These adorable cakes feed 4 to 6 guests and taste as good as they look!

If you've already made a reservation and you didn't add a cake at that time there isn't a way to add it to your current reservation. If there's still availability then you can make a new reservation (when you make a new one that overlaps with the old one the site will automatically ask you to cancel the old one) but don't cancel that reservation without trying to make your new one first! If there isn't more availability then you can go to the Cast Member at the front of River Belle Terrace when you arrive at the park and let them know you'd like to add a cake to your reservation that day. They don't guarantee availability, but if you let them know first thing in the morning they are usually able to accommodate your request.

Celebrating a birthday at Disneyland Park is a major party! After your delicious meal, you might wander over to Mickey's Toontown. Mickey and his pals just moved back in and I'm sure they would love to share their own birthday wishes with your group! This is the perfect spot to take a group photo with Mickey to remember the day!

Did you know that Disneyland is currently offering complimentary Disney PhotoPass digital attraction photos? If you ride an attraction that captures your photo make sure to say "Happy Birthday" for the camera and then link the photo to your account in the Disneyland Mobile App using the code on the preview photo at the attraction exit. Instant birthday souvenir!

Speaking of parties, my favorite celebration at the parks is the World of Color Dessert Party. Maybe if you have lunch at River Belle Terrace you'll be ready to end your day with fruit, cheese, a celebratory beverage, and an incredible seat for the beautiful nighttime spectacular!

Don't forget to visit Guest Services for a complimentary birthday button, Mouy! Cast Members love to celebrate with guests! If you have more questions about linking photos, finding characters in the parks, or more treats to enjoy (yum!) I'd love to help you. Just send me a note and I'll be back with pixie dust before you can say "Happy Birthday!"

    Keep moving forward!
