How do I add a birthday cake to my existing dining reservation ahead of time?

    Hey there, Holly!

We are delighted to have you here at planDisney! I’d say there’s no better place for a birthday celebration than the Most Magical Place of Earth.

Currently, the only way to add a celebration cake to an Advance Dining Reservation at a participating table-service restaurant is to go to that specific restaurant and make arrangements directly with them. You can check this list of participating restaurants and then make a beeline to the host podium to line up that cake order. Be aware that there are a limited quantity of Mickey Mouse celebration cakes available for day-of orders.

The other option is to place a cake order with Amorette's Patisserie in Disney Springs. You would have to pick it up yourself as it cannot be delivered, but these cakes are definitely worth the extra effort! To pre-order, call (407) 934-3500 or visit Amorette’s at least 72 hours in advance.

Don’t forget to pick up a free Birthday Button from your Disney Resorts Collection hotel, at Guest Relations at all the theme parks and Disney Springs, or at any ticketing window. Then Cast Members and fellow Guests will send many “Happy Birthday” wishes your way!

All of us at planDisney love birthdays, so please send us more questions because they are truly GIFTS. Wishing you an awesome vacation filled with birthday surprises!
