Disney Cruise Line offers unique options for Guests who enjoy a frosty cold beer while sailing on the high seas. Guests ages 21 and older can usually purchase a Refillable Beer Mug either before the cruise or once onboard. With this mug, you typically receive a 21‑ounce pour for the price of a 16‑ounce beer throughout your entire voyage. It's a great value for beer lovers! I recommend ordering it ahead of time so it’s waiting for you on Embarkation Day. You can typically pre-order it by hovering over "Already Booked" on the
Disney Cruise Line website and scrolling down to "
Onboard Gifts." A mug filled with beer is certainly the perfect gift...to yourself!
If you run into any trouble ordering online, you can always call
Disney Cruise Line for help or try purchasing the mug once you’re on the ship. Also, if you would rather not carry the same mug around all week, you can typically request a token instead. Trade it in at a bar for a fresh mug whenever you like! At the end of your cruise, you’re welcome to take a mug home as a souvenir. It's a fun reminder of your time at sea!
Guests are also allowed to
bring a small amount of alcohol onboard in their carry‑on bags on most voyages. You may bring up to six beers (12 ounces or less each) or two unopened bottles of wine (750 ml or less). This is a great option if you have a favorite brand or want to keep costs down. Wine packages are also available on most sailings.
