Hi Ron,
Looking at your arrival date, let the planning for
The World's Most Magical Celebration begin!
It sounds like you know how to add character and entertainment experiences to My Plans in your
My Disney Experience account. At this time, to do so, click on Add More Plans in My Disney Experience. You could add attractions using the Add a Note feature. When you click on Add a Note, you can select the theme park and then select the day and time and type in the name of the attraction. Since you should have access to
Disney Genie service at the time of your visit, you should be able to use this service to also track your attraction plans.
We are super excited about Disney Genie service! In the meantime, I suggest that you map out your plans on a separate chart. I am a little afraid that if you take the time to add notes, when you get access to Disney Genie service, you will find that you can add attractions more seamlessly. I keep a separate chart anyway just in case my phone battery dies, or I cannot access My Disney Experience at any point during our visit. My chart also includes our flight and dining information.
I hope you've taken the time to make
advanced dining reservations. My family prefers advanced dining reservations. Now that we can use
Mobile Dine Check-In, it makes it so easy to check-in for our dining reservations. Occasionally, we use
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering, especially when we are just hanging out at the resort hotel.
Ron, keep watching the
Disney Parks Blog and
operational updates for news of the release of Disney Genie service. Make sure you have the
My Disney Experience Mobile App already downloaded and you will be ready to go!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
