Hi Jeff. Welcome to planDisney and congratulations on becoming an
Annual Passholder to the
Walt Disney World Resort.
I became an Annual Passholder this past August and I'm so excited for all of the opportunities it opens up. Not only do we get access to
special discounts and benefits, but we also get to visit the resort more often. And considering the new
changes,
additions, and
exciting future possibilities, there's no greater time to have an
Annual Pass. I can't wait for you to unlock the magic of the resort!
If you purchased your Annual Pass online through your
My Disney Experience account, it should already be linked to your account. To check, log into your My Disney Experience account and select "My Plans" under the My Disney Experience menu. Scroll down to where you see "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" and select "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker" underneath this heading. On this page, you should see any theme park tickets that you have associated with your account underneath the "Tickets" heading, and underneath "Annual Passes," you should see your Annual Pass. However, if it's not there, you can follow
these instructions to link your Annual Pass to your account, which should link it to your
My Disney Experience mobile app as well.
To see your Annual Pass in your My Disney Experience mobile app once it's been linked to your My Disney Experience account, open it up, and click on the 3 horizontal lines (☰) in the bottom right-hand corner. Then, select "Tickets and Passes." Here is where you should see all of the tickets and Annual Passes that are associated with your My Disney Experience account. You can scroll to the right to see them all if there is more than one. You can also set up the
Disney MagicMobile Service so that once everything is linked to your account, you won't even need to open your app to scan into the parks.
Jeff, enjoy the magic that only an
Annual Pass to the Most Magical Place on Earth can bring. If you have any other questions, please feel free to
reach out directly to me.
Dreams only exist to be made to come true,
Matt
