    I had an ad and pin# for free dining I gave to a rep last week but she said out dates didn't apply. I called back today and our rep said the pin is valid when we travel but we waited to long to call and it's sold out. Can we still get it somehow?

    Hi Stacy, you must be so frustrated! When you called the second time, did you explain what happened?  If the cast member wasn't able to help, you may want to request to speak to a manager.  I'm not sure if there is a way they can research and correct this but it's worth a try.  If that doesn't work, keep an eye on the Special Offers page as another discount may become available.  Good luck!
