Hello, Lacey!
If you are ready to choose sides between the First Order and the Resistance, the Disneyland Resort is the
right place to go. With the recent opening of
Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, you can even experience first-hand the adventures in a galaxy far, far away. Though there are no churros on the planet Batuu, the delicious cuisine at the Black Spire Outpost is definitely worth the journey. I recommend the Endorian Tip-Yip, available at
Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo. If you are looking for a snack,
Kat Saka's Kettle has something that is both sweet and savory for you.
Upon returning to our own galaxy, there is still much to enjoy at the Disneyland Resort. Of course, that includes world-famous
churros. From time to time, limited-edition versions of these sweet and crispy treats are made available. But even if you don’t happen to find churros that are specifically Star Wars-themed, feel free to stage your own epic lightsaber churro duel. A great location for this may be
Señor Buzz Churros. If you feel like leaning toward the Dark Side, they even offer the Caliente Churro that appears to be powered by a red Kyber crystal. It matches up perfectly against the Cinnamon Super Galaxy Churro. Which side will win you over?
Though gluten-free churros are not currently available at the Disneyland Resort, there are several delicious gluten-free snack options, such as the classic Pineapple DOLE WHIP Soft-serve from the
Tiki Juice Bar located in Adventureland or The IncrediCookie from
Jack-Jack Cookie Num Nums located in
Pixar Pier. There are also plenty of delicious gluten-free meal offerings. I recommend the Gluten/Wheat Allergy-Friendly
Jolly Holiday Combo. And be sure to note any special dietary needs when placing a reservation at
table service restaurants as well.
Bon appétit, Lacey!
