How do I actually use the cards I combined to buy tickets online???? It won’t show me the full account number??

Hey there, Julie. Welcome to planDisney. We're so glad you stopped by to ask us this question. It won't be long until you're taking the first steps of your trip down Main Street, U.S.A. Can you smell the churros and popcorn yet?

Before we can start daydreaming about all of the wonderful things that you'll be doing at the Disneyland Resort, you will need a valid theme park ticket and theme park reservation. It sounds like you're all set and have taken the first step by consolidating your balances to one Disney Gift Card (hooray!). If you've already turned your house upside down and haven't been able to find the physical gift card or email with the full card number, there are some options for you.

I reached out to the help line (1-877-650-4327) for Disney Gift Cards and the Cast Member shared that they unfortunately don't have access to share the last four digits of the card that are masked on the website. There are a couple of things that you can do at this point. If you have another gift card still in your possession with the full card number and EAN number, you can add this card (like you did when you initially consolidated balances) and then transfer everything over to this card and then use this card's number and information at the purchase page.

If you don't have any old/empty cards laying around you can head to the store or make a purchase online for a new Disney Gift Card. You will then add this card at the Disney Gift Card site and transfer the entire balance of the missing card to your new card for use. Once you've transferred any balances to a gift card that you have full details for, be sure to hang on to the physical card or save the information for future use until the balance is depleted.

The good news is that any remaining balance after your ticket purchase can be used at the parks during your visit. You can even use Disney Gift Cards as a form of payment in the Disneyland app. You won't be able to save it in your account, however, what I'll do is save the gift card information in a note on my phone for a quick copy and paste when I reach the payment screen. I have a feeling that any extra funds will come in handy when you have that inevitable craving for a DOLE Whip.

Julie, although this might not be the answer you were hoping for, I hope I was able to share some helpful information and get you one step closer to your magical visit. Please come back and share any other questions that you might have as you continue to plan. Here's wishing you a most magical time at the Happiest Place on Earth!
