what are the actual sizes of the standard bed mattress and the king size mattresses at the value resorts?

    Hi Russell!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question - I'm happy to help!

Walt Disney World Value Resort rooms feature standard double beds and standard king size beds. I spoke with Disney Guest Services today and was unable to get exact dimensions of the mattresses, just the information that they were standard-sized. Typical dimensions for a standard double (or full) mattress are 54 inches wide/75 inches long. Typical dimensions for a standard king size mattress are 76 inches wide/80 inches long.

In the Family Suites at Disney's All-Star Music Resort and Disney's Art of Animation Resort, you'll find a queen-sized bed in the master bedroom and a combination of sofa bed and Murphy beds in the large family room. These rooms accommodate up to six guests.

If you feel as though you'd prefer larger, queen-sized beds, an upgrade to a Moderate Resort Hotel would be your best bet. With your upgrade, you'll also enjoy a larger room, more resort dining options, and a more upscale pool area with a water slide.

I hope this helps with your planning! Have a magical day - Diane W.
