Hi, Holly!
The Disney Cruise Line (DCL) 14-Night Transatlantic Westbound Cruise sails from Europe to the Bahamas and the Caribbean, with 5 ports of call and 8 great days at sea. Because it is a repositioning cruise and crossing the Atlantic, there are fewer ports of call days than there are days at sea. However, that doesn't mean that there are fewer on board activities.
Although entertainment schedules are not set in stone, guests on Transatlantic Disney cruises are treated to special entertainment, events and activities on board such as:
- Disney's Art of Entertaining -- cooking demonstrations, wine/beer tastings, etc.
- Workshops like juggling, towel folding, animation or crafts
- Dance and fitness classes
- Crew Talent Show
- Special appearances by Disney VIPs, legends and/or entertainers
- Pin-trading events, bingo, karaoke and trivia contests
- Character encounters and meals
- Special dining experiences and entertainment options
As far as finding specific information, you can go online to
DisneyCruise.com or the
Disney Cruise Line Facebook Page, research past Disney Transatlantic cruises online or check out a travel guide such as the Passporters Guides. Your travel agent or your local AAA office will be of help for finding information on ports of call. I hope this helps you plan and gets you even more excited about your adventure!
Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation. Bon voyage!
