We are an active-duty military family and we just received our Magic+ information. We will be purchasing military discounted tickets at our local installation. Is there a way to link those tickets to our reservation so we can take advantage of Fast Pass+?

    Hi Akilah,

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question!

I called and spoke with a very helpful cast member, who told me that you should be able to link your Disney Military 4-Day Promotional tickets to My Disney Experience using the number that is on them when you purchase them at your local installation.  The ability to do this is relatively recent, and you should be able to do this online; however, if you encounter any issues the cast member said to call them at (407) 939-7849 and they can help you to do so.

Please do remember the pieces of MyMagic+, including the ability to use FastPass+ and MagicBands, are still in the testing phase.  As such, things can change quickly, and not all guests will be able to use these features during the testing phase.

I hope that this information is helpful for you, Akilah.  Have a wonderful time planning your vacation, and please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions.
