    I have active previously used magic bands, and I just purchased tickets only online for one day at a park. How do I transfer that ticket over to my magic band?

    Hi Natalie,

    Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. Your Walt Disney World vacation is so close now, and I'm happy to help with this last-minute detail!

    All your information, such as your tickets, resort reservations and FastPass+, lives in your My Disney Experience account. The MagicBands sync with My Disney Experience. So as long as your tickets are on file in My Disney Experience and your MagicBands are active and have functioning batteries, you should be fine.

    If you bought your tickets online, they likely are linked already. If they don't appear in My Disney Experience, you can link the tickets by adding the ticket ID number. 

    Since your visit is in a few days, if you have any difficulties, I suggest you call the number specifically for questions about My Disney Experience, MagicBands and FastPass+ so that a specially trained cast member can assist you. The number is 407.939.4357.
