I am active duty and I am planning a Vacation to Disneyland Resort from March 31, 2024 to April 6, 2024. Do the Resort Hotels offer Military Discount, and if so, how much is the discount?

    Hello, William!

Thanks so much for your question, and for the service and sacrifice you and your family give. You are deeply appreciated!

I'm thrilled to share that the special offers and discounts at the Disneyland Resort currently include special hotel rates for eligible US military members! You can see some details for the offer online, but you'll need to call (844) 776-0015 to check for availability and book your reservation. Before you call you might want to explore the Disneyland Resort Hotels to decide which location works best for you! There are three amazing choices:

    • The Disneyland Hotel is my personal favorite! The rooms are full of Disney history, the pool is fabulous, and I love grabbing a snack at the nearby Tangaroa Terrace.
    • Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa features beautiful Craftsman-style architecture and feels so calm. Guests at this hotel can also use a special entrance to Disney California Adventure Park!
    • Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel is almost finished transforming into Pixar Place Hotel! This hotel just opened a totally awesome new pool area, and it has a special entrance to Disney California Adventure Park, too!
Did you know that eligible US military personnel can also purchase discounted theme park tickets? You'll need to purchase those tickets directly from a participating US military base ticket office. You can even choose tickets that have Disney Genie+ included, so you'll be ready to use Lightning Lanes with shorter waits! Make sure after you purchase your tickets you create a Disney account on the Disneyland website, then link your tickets to your account and make theme park reservations for each day of your visit. Theme park reservations can typically be made up to 120 days in advance of your arrival.

Once you have your hotel and tickets figured out, the next step will be to make dining reservations! Those reservations become available 60 days in advance at 6:00 AM EST, and some of the popular restaurants fill up quickly. It's a good idea to do a little research about dining options and choose some that you're interested in before your reservation days open.

I hope this information helps get your trip planning off to a great start, William! If you have more questions about your visit I hope you'll let me know. I'd be glad to help you get ready for your adventure!

    Keep moving forward!
