Congratulations on your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation! I can certainly understand wanting to enter the park as quickly as possible on your first day. I just called Guest Relations directly and was notified by the friendly Cast Member that the Guest Relations Window at each park normally opens one hour prior to park opening.
