Hello there, Bianca!
You are lucky to live close to the Walt Disney World Resort. If I were you, I’d pretend I was Disney’s
Peter Pan and never grow up going to the theme parks daily.
It’s easier than pie to enter the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks with
Florida Resident theme park tickets because you only need to activate your tickets on the first visit of a multiple-day ticket. After completing your initial ticket activation on that first day, you can go directly to the theme park entrance during the rest of your three-day ticket vacation.
As for your question about whether children can enter the theme park without you, children under 18 do not need
proof of Florida residency; however, they must be accompanied by an adult who has the proper proof when the tickets are activated. You’ll also need to ensure that any
children under 14 are accompanied by a Guest age 14 or older to enter the Walt Disney World parks.
While you’re here, Bianca, have you seen the
Florida Resident room discount at select Disney Resort Hotels in late spring and early summer 2023? I wish I could take advantage of it. I can’t think of a more wonderful thought.
May the magic be with you!Melanie
