How do we activate our annual passes?

Hiya, Mary Beth! Welcome to planDisney! And welcome to the Walt Disney World Annual Passholder family!

I bet you can't wait to start making all those Disney memories with your brand new Annual Passes! You do need to activate them first, but it won't take long, and you'll be headed to the magic before you can say "Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo!"

When you arrive at Walt Disney World on your next visit (this Friday!!!), you'll need to stop by Guest Relations to have a Cast Member get everything all set up for you. Just be sure to bring your confirmation with you, along with your photo ID.  Once your Cast Member pal gets your passes activated, they'll give you Annual Pass Cards for each Passholder in your family. Keep those cards handy, because you'll need them to take advantage of all the Passholder discounts you're now eligible for!

I have one more tip for you, Mary Beth. I recommend making your way over to Disney Springs on your arrival day if possible to drop into the Disney Ticket Center. You can have your Annual Passes activated there, and it's so much easier to access than the windows at the theme park entrances. Plus, activating your passes in advance will save you some precious park time since you can skip the window and head straight to the tapstiles!

I'm so excited for you to start your adventure as a Walt Disney World Annual Passholder, Mary Beth! Thank you so much for stopping by planDisney, and have an amazing vacation!

    Keep Disney Dreaming,

    Kathy K.

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
