    Heigh-ho and welcome to planDisney!  I'm so glad you've stopped by with such a tiggerific question concerning your My Disney Experience account.  After all, Guests visiting Walt Disney World Resort do need to have their Magic Tickets successfully linked to their My Disney Experience account to enable them to make Disney Park Pass reservations for their intended Disney Theme Park days. 

    I note that you've indicated you're arriving at Walt Disney World Resort - TODAY, the 11th of July.  Oh boy!  So of course, you'll be needing your My Disney Experience account and all the various linked Family and Friends within it to be all up and working, tickety-boo!

    At this time as you're all set to imminently arrive at Walt Disney World Resort, my best advice would be for you to connect in person with a Cast Member who can fully access your currently active My Disney Experience account. 

    Cast Members really are super tech-savvy and with just a bibbidi-bobbidi-boo, I feel sure that they'll be able to add any missing Mouseketeers to your My Disney Experience account.

    Upon arrival in the United States of America, Cast Members can be contacted in these ways -

     - Over the phone by dialling the US phone number for My Disney Experience and MagicBands - (407) 939-4357 contained within the US-based website

     - If staying at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel, simply stop by Front Desk Services 
     - Drop-in at the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs 

     - Visit any Guest Relations location 

     - Ask for assistance at any available ticket booth at the entrance to a Disney Theme Park

    For your added information Martin, if you were still at home in County Tyrone, Guests are always more than welcome to dial the UK freephone number for Technical and Website Support found within this handy Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory.
