Stephen, as it's rather tricky for me to appreciate exactly what information you're viewing on your own My Disney Experience account, I wonder whether it might be best for you to speak directly with a knowledgeable Cast Member who will be able to fully access all the details of your My Disney Experience account. Plus, Cast Members will be able to make any as necessary adjustments to uncover the whereabouts of your missing Ultimate Ticket!
