    i have an account with all our upcoming plans/parks/tickets in place and i just created a account for my wife and then connected them together , but only 1 ticket is showing on her account (only 1 moved across to her account).

    Stephen, it sure sounds as if you've already been busy making zip-a-dee-doo-dah plans by creating My Disney Experience accounts for both you and your lovely wife, and then connecting them both together via the Family and Friends option.

    Oh no!  A missing Ultimate Ticket isn't very magical at all!  Stephen, as it's rather tricky for me to appreciate exactly what information you're viewing on your own My Disney Experience account, I wonder whether it might be best for you to speak directly with a knowledgeable Cast Member who will be able to fully access all the details of your My Disney Experience account.  Plus, Cast Members will be able to make any as necessary adjustments to uncover the whereabouts of your missing Ultimate Ticket!  

    Helpful Cast Members can be contacted by dialling the UK freephone number for Technical & Website Support contained within this handy Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory.  Stephen, prior to calling you'll want to be sure to have your Ultimate Ticket eTicket WillCall confirmation numbers close to hand.
