    Hey there, Sabra!

Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney!

If you're running into any issues with linking your theme park tickets to your My Disney Experience account, my suggestion is to reach out to the Walt Disney World Internet Help Desk. You can contact the Internet Help Desk team using the live chat service. You can also call the team directly at (407) 939-4357. The technical team Cast Members can work with you to look into your issue.

One additional suggestion I will add, and you might have already looked into this, is to see if your tickets display for you in the My Plans area of your My Disney Experience account on the web. You should see a My Plans, Reservations and Tickets section and a Tickets & Memory Maker tab. You can also check your Tickets and Passes area in your My Disney Experience mobile app. If you do see your tickets already displayed, you should be able to make your theme park reservations with the Disney Park Pass system. Again, you might have already checked into this possibility.

Sabra, I'm hopeful for you that you can get all your theme park tickets linked and all your theme park reservations made so you can enjoy EPCOT. Will you be strolling through all the beauty of the Taste of EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival? If so, here's to savoring all the delicious dishes and taking in all the wonderous garden displays!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
