    Hi, i have my account set under my middle name, and when purchasing my ticket, i did not change this. will it be an issue if the first name on the ticket doesn't match? (my middle name is on the govt issued ID)

    Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is just a few weeks away! How excited are you getting? You will be soaking up all the magic so very soon!

    In my experience, as long as your middle name appears on your ID, you should be fine having your theme park tickets and My Disney Experience account listed under that name. Like you, my husband goes by his middle name, and we've never had an issue activating tickets or using his middle name. 

    If you absolutely wanted to be sure that everything is okay, I recommend checking with a Cast Member. The best way to do that would be to use the "Chat With Us" feature in the My Disney Experience mobile app. Open the app and tap the three horizontal lines in the right corner. Then, tap "Chat With Us" and enter your question. When a Cast Member is available to respond, they will do so and you'll get a notification.
